111 Wussiest Songs of All Time

According to AOL Music, these are them.
Do you agree?
As for me, one asterisk denotes a song I like.
Two equals "I love this wussy song."
Three says,
"This is one of the most awesomest songs and I don't care
if it's wussy and fork you if you do."
Four tildes means, it might be stooopid but it's not really wussy.
Five pound signs means I totally agree: it's wusstastic.
Twelve ampersands means I was forced to sing this at a wedding.

Yeah, today when I was in the mall, I heard 7 or 8 of these playing. Sometimes "wussy" is a synonym for "emotion-baring" and that's not always a bad thing.

It's from AOL. That makes it automatically suspect. Plus, I like Bread.

Kevin Costner's Robin Hood was a great movie and fork all those say it weren't! (Wait, which list are we raging against?)
Oh yeah... anyway, apparently I like way too many of these songs to be considered any kind of a man. I don't sweat it though--they proved themselves unreliable with listing number 103.

I used to cry as a little girl to seasons in the sun. I don't really get this brittish verb "Wussy" What property do these songs share? Shiny happy people shares absolutely nothing with seasons in the sun, apart from perhap some basic pop music conventions, like having singing and being around 4 minutes long.
I guess "wussy" is a song that it would be incongrous if a far right skinhead punk said "hey, turn that up," when it came on the radio.

I like Bread, too, Amanda. And bread. Lots and lots of it.

I liked the Hood as well, Latty. I make no apologies for AO Hell's classifications. I just like lists like this.

Helga, I've always thought of the word "wussy" as being a more polite version of "pussy" -- i.e. wimpy, girly, no cock power behind it. It's generally applied to men in an insulting fashion. Most of these songs were made by men.

I got no problems with liking wuss songs, SkyRider. But I don't like that one Rascal Flatts or that one Tim McGraw tune. All in all, whatever floats your boat. As for me, I tear up at songs on a regular basis.

I'm definitely fine with liking wussy songs, a lot of these are good.

Although I'm pretty sure Muskrat Love should have been #1.
